At long last we have been given the green light and will re-open on 12th April 2021.
We have been working really hard to ensure our high salon standards are secured and maintained, ready for your return. We have put a lot of time and thought into our new procedures and are therefore absolutely positive that we will be operting in a manor that protects our team and all our clients. All clients will all receive a pre-appointment COVID-19 related leaflet to outline what we have implemented. We ask that you take time to read through it before attending.
We want to ensure a swift and simple visit from the moment you step through our doors to the moment you leave. With this in mind, we are reducing the possibility of any traffic around the doors and the reception area and therfore ask our clients to use either our Apple Pay / contactless features or payment over the phone as we have previously done. Please ensure you have arranged a method of payment before your appointment date to avoid the possibility of it being cancelled. You will be contacted by our team 24 to 48 hours before your allocated time to confirm your chosen payment method.
Please note, we will be leaving the salon door open throughout the day to increase ventilation through the salon. However, we have provided each station with a heater and a 'one use' blanket, but please also come wrapped up warm, just in case!
